KRÆ HILL BAND /236 Re- Poplar Hill Band Council By-laws By-law No. 1987-1 Th e Poplar Hill Band Council wishes to Proclaim Paragraph 97 as per the Indian Act as a by-law for the Poplar Hill Band 97. A person who is found A) with intoxicants in his possession, or B) intoxicated on a reserve is guilty of an offence and is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of not less than ten dollars and not more than fifty dollars or, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both a fine and imprisonment. R.S., c. 149, s, 96. In order to facilitate the execution of the above by-law the Poplar Hill Band Council as per the attached BCR permits the police authorities to use search warrants.
