THE PURPOSE OF THIS BY-LAW IS TO control and regulate the rental of residential housing units owned by the Lake Helen Reserve No. 53a. THE LAKE HELEN RESERVE BAND COUNCIL HEREBY ENACTS THE FOLLOWING AS A BY-LAW: 1. No person may occupy, or take possession of or reside in a residential housing unit owned by the Lake Helen Reserve 53a, unless he or she; " (a) agrees to and enters into a written lease agreement with the Lake Helen Reserve, in a form of lease approved by the Band Council, (b) agrees to abide by all of the terms of the lease agreement, and (c) agrees to comply with the "Rules and Regulations" which are included as a Schedule to each lease entered into. V I O L A T I O N S OF THIS BY-LAW SHALL BE PUNISHABLE by a fine of not more than ore hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisonment for thirty (30) days, or noth.
