The Council of the Band enacts as follows; (a) Pursuant to Regulations 19/66 made under the Department of Education Act, a Comnunity Program of Recreation is hereby established for the residents of the reserve. (b) The said Community Program of Recreation shall be directed managed and controlled on behalf of the Council by a Committee known as the -heguiandah Band Recreation Committee. 2. The Committee shall be appointed from time to time by the Band uou#cil Resolution as follows: (a) 2 members of the Council (b) 3 residents of the said Reserve.
