Whereas, the By-Law S ta te s : "Any person(s) entering the community o f Lansdowne House on v is it a t io n s , business or any n atter (s) th at involves the C hief and Council or the . people o f Lansdowne House are required to abide by the ru le s and regu latio n s s e t out by the Chief and Council o f Lansdowne House. Any person(s) (other than community members) to be found not abiding y these ru les and regulations w ill be commanded and escorted out o f th is community by the lo c a l Special Constables under the au th o rity granted them by the Chief and Council o f Lansdowne House. These people not adhering to the rules and regulations w ill be required to le a v e Lansdowne House on the next availab le f l i g h t using th e ir own fu n d s."
