WHEREAS Clause q o f Section 81 o f The Indian Act empowers the Council o f Washagamis Bay Band to make by-law s with respect to any m atter a r is in g out o f or a n c illa ry to the e x ce r ise o f the powers o f the sa id Council under the sa id S ection . 2. AND WHEREAS on the 3rd day o f Appil 19 79 the sa id Council passed a By-law to regu la te t r a f f i c on Rat Portage Indian Reserve 38A. 3. NOW THEREFOR BE IT ENACTED, AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED, by the Council o f Washagamis Bay Band as fo llow s : 4. The Council o f Washagamis Bay Band may at any time and from time to time by Band Council Resolution appoint any member o r members o f Washagamis Bay Band to en force any by-law or by-law s o f the sa id Council upon such terms and con d ition s and fo r such remuneration as may be s e t t le d in advance by the sa id Council w ith Department o f Indian and Northern A f fa ir s : and the sa id Council may at any time and from time to time and w ithout a ttr ib u tin g any reason th e re fo r terminate any such appointment.
