I The Council of the Moose Factory Band of Indians at a meeting held June 19, 1969 makes the following by-law- pursuant to paragraph (a), (p) and (r) of section êO of the Indian Act: By-Lav; No. A by-law to provide for the use and regulations of the garbage dump located on the Factory Island Reserve $1, in the province of Ontario. (a’) This by-law shall apply to Band members and non-members using the garbage dump. (b) No person shall deposit any waste outside of garbage pit, this includes dead animals, manure, fruit, vegetable, liquid waste, tin cans, empty bottles, paper etc. (c) No person shall scatter garbage or cause to be scattered - within the garbage dump area. (d) This paragraph applies to non-members only,. No person shall enter the Factory Island Reserve $1, by any type of vehicle.or vessel intent to use the garbage dump without first complying to the terms prescribed by the Band Council of Factory Island Reserve. (e) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten dollars ($10.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven
