Now therefore the Council of the Long Lake # 5 8 Band of Indians hereby enacts as a by-law thereof as follows: (a) No person shall drive a motor vehicle at a greater speed on Long Lake # 5 8 Reserve roads than 20 m.p.h. (b) Any person found guilty of an offence on summary convict­ ion to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprison­ ment for a term not exceeding thirty days or both fine and imprisonment for violation of this by-law contrary to Section 81 of the Indian Act R.S., cl49, s.l Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council of the Long Lake # 5 8 Band of Indians this*...... ........... . day of ..... ,^?y.. ....... . 19... ?5......
