(a) "Building" IncludeA any AtAuctuAe used foA AhelteA oa accommodation of peAAonA and without AeAtAlcting the gen era lity of th e foregoing, IncludeA houAeA, traileA A , mobile homeA, AhedA, AhackA, tentA, and boatA. (b) " V eh ic le" Inclu deA coaa, buAeA, t r a c t o r A , w a g o n s , cartA, motorcycleA, road-making machinery or other conveyance that Ia driven, propelled or drawn by any kind of power. (e) "Peace O f f i c e r " IncludeA any member o f th e Big Cove P o lic e f o r c e , any Aupernum erary conA table a p p o in ted under t h e R.C.M.P. A ct, any member o f t h e a c t in g and having j u r i s dictio o f t h e Big Cove Indian R e serv e . (d) "R eserve" means Big Cove Indian R eserv e . (e ) "Band" means Big Cove Band. The Band Council may is s u e on a foAm which sh a ll be supplied foA such puApose, to persons who apply foA possession of liquoA, alcohol, and intoxicants in excess of established amount, as s e t out in Section 4, on t h e ReAeAve. 6.
