V. THE KKL GROUND BAND OF INDIANS The Council of the ftJ Band of Indians at a meeting held , 1973, made the following By-law pursuant to Section 80 paragraph ~T 1 ' (p) and (r) of the Indian Act. BY-LAW # 4 Section 80 (p) The removal and punishment of persons trespassing upon the reserve or frequenting the reserve for prescribed purposes Therefore: Non Band members and non-Indians who occupy or use a reserve or reside or otherwise exercise rights on a reserve without the authorization of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and/or the Band Council are guilty of trespassing upon the reserve and/or guilty of frequenting the reserve for prescribed purposes. Therefore: Section 80 (r) The imposition on summary conviction of a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days or both fine and imprisonment for violation of a by-law made under this section. 1951, c. 29, s. 80. * Approved and Passed at^guduly convened meeting of the Council This / jp' day of , 19 y ? .~T t\7 -\L \, \ I Chief UC ouncillor(s)
