(a) No vehicle shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of 3 (J imles an hour within any residential area designated and marked as such by the council of the band. (b) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this By-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven days, or both fine and imprisonment.
