( The Council of the Walpole Island Amalgamated Band of Indians at a meeting held this Tenth day of September 1962, make the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (b) and paragraph (r) of Section 80. of the Indian Act. By-Law No. 7 A by-law to provide for the regulation of traffic in the Walpole Island No. A6 Indian Reserve, in the Province of Ontario. / 1. In this by-law (a) Council means the Council of the Walpole Island Amalgamated Band of Indians; (b) "Reserve means the Walpole Island No. Indian Reserve; and (c) "restricted zone" means any area in the Reserve designated in writing by the Council as a restricted zone for the purposes of this by-law. 2. No vehicle shall be operated within the Reserve at a rate of speed in excess of ^5 miles an hour. 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2 hereof, no'vehicle shall be operated in a restricted zone at a rate of sp <Q e e ~ d in excess of 25 miles an hour. 'l.
