) ' ( ( I The Council of the Walpole Island Band of Indians at a meeting held U JL/, I 7 ^ 3 makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (n) and (r) of section 80 of The Indian Act. By-law No. X A by-law to provide for the regulation of the conduct and activities of hawkers, peddlers and others who enter the reserve to buy or sell or otherwise deal in wares or merchandise. (a) No person shall make deliveries of any kind, with the exception of ice and milk, on Walpole Island Indian Reserve from 12 o'clock midnight Saturday until 12 o'clock midnight Sunday. ' (b) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven days, or both fine and imprisonment.
