No. 385 The Shawanaga Band of Indians By-Law 17:180 The Council of Shawanaga Band of Ojibways at its meeting of August 24, 1981, hereby make the following by-law pursuant to Section 81 (B) of the Indian Act. Section 5 of by-law 17:176 for the regulation of traffic is hereby amended by deleting the words "30 miles per hour" and adding in there place the words "50 kilometres per hour". AMENDMENT TO BY-LAW 17:176 Section 5 of By-Law 17:176 is hereby repealed and the following substituted in its place: 5: No person shall operate a vehicle on a road at a rate of speed in excess of fifty kilometres per hour.
