NEW raiBETOBK THE COUNCIL CF THE SIX NATIONS INDIANS CF TBS QBAND RIVER HSBEBT ENACTS AS FOLLOWS I 1* No person shall take, trap, shoot or otherwise destroy any deer on this Reserve at any tine except during the open season which ah*!? ho tho months of November, Dooenber and January. 2. No person shall shoot or otherwise destroy Pheasants en th|s Reserve at any tins except during the open season which open season shall be set by the Council each year. * 3* No person shall hunt with or shoot on tho Reserve at any tins any r ifle larger than 22 calibre, regardless o f whether such person my be licensed to use a high powered r ifle o ff the Reserve or not* 4* No person shall arrange or organize any drives or hunting parties at any time, whereby deer or pheasants w ill be driven by a group of boaters out o f shelter and destroyed. 5* No person shall trap, snare or shoot Muskrat at any time except during the season which shall be set and announced by the Council each year or to dig into or destroy any muskrat house, burrow or nest at any t iw whatsoever* 6* That a bounty on foxes and wolves may b* sot and paid each year by the Cowell as conditions may require, to keep then under control. 7* Any perse» found guilty o f a breach o f any of the above regulations shall upon conviction before a Magistrate or Justice, be subject to a f i l » of not loss than CIO.00 and not more than One Hundred Dollar# plus costs, or to a term in prison not exceeding thirty days, or both* Passed in General Council at Ohswsken on tho 1st day of May,A.D. 1952 (tape rlntondent Secretary
