BY-LAW NUMBER XQ of » IMS s n HATIQS8 HIDÎAII8 Of TO. s u m m a t ' \ V RESPECTING Dostruction of Publie Buildlags \ and Property* WHEREAS it is necessary to pass a by-law respecting destruction of public buildings and property* HOW THEHRFOHS THE COUNCIL OF THE SIX NATIONS INDIANS OF TBS QUAND RIVER HEREBY ENACTS AS FOILOWS» 1. Any person who destroys or damages any public building on the Reserve, or damages ear destroys any sign or any public property, shall upon conviction before a Magistrats or Jostles of the Peas* forfeit and pay the cost of the damages and a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars or be imprisoned for a tern not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment. Passed in General Council at Ohsueksn en the First day of May A*D. 1952.
