(1) The Speed Limit1s on the following reads are: (A) The Scotch Settlement. load starting at the guesn* 3 highway number twenty-one (21), between Lots 33 and 34, concession ;rAt! and running north through concessions "Htt and WGW to its intersection, vdth the French Bay Road at Lot S - H and Lot Ô - G. Concessions "H" and "G" Reserve plan number 5016?, re-vised to August 4, 1967. The motor vehicle speed licit on this road is hereby set at not more than AO n.p.A. as per Sand Council By-Law number 20 dated the 20th day of hey, ,197c. O) The French Bay Road commencing between Lot? s number 51 and 76, Saugeen Village Subdivision plan number 4335 and Reserve plan number 50167 and the Queen* 3 Highway number 21, running in a north-easterly direction to Bruce County Highway number 21 at the mid-westerly boundary of Lot ly concession "3", Reserve- plan number 50167. The motor vehicle speed limit on this road is hereby set at not more than 40 m.p.h. as per Band Council By-Law number 20 dated the 20th day of* Kay, 1976* (C) The French Bay Road from Bruce County Road number 21 and the middle of Lot 15, concession "Iv1 Reserve plan number 50167, running in a northwesterly direction to Second Avenue at Lot 207 plan number 51937 and Lot 25 plan number 4531 and plan number 50167» The speed limit of a motor vehicle shall not exceed 20 m.p.h. as per Band Council By-Law number 20 dated the 20th day of Kay, 1976. (D) Second Avenue in the Block 1:A!I subdivision plan number 51937 from Bruce County Road number 21 at Lot 1 and 101 and to lot 207. The speed limit of a motor vehicle shall he not more than. 20 n. p. h. as per Band Council By-Law number 20 dated the 2Qtn day. of Kay, 1976. (S) Second Avenue starting at Lot 1 and Lot 36, plan number 4531-, Lot 17 Reserve plan number 5OI67 and ending Lots number 424 and 443 plan number 4530, Lot 21 Reserve plan number 5OI67. The speed limit of a motor vehicle shall not exceed 20 m. p. h. as per By-Law number 20 dated the 20th day of Kay, 1976. (F) All roads, lanes and streets in the subdivision which remain un-named in Lot's number 17, 16, 19, 20 and 21 Reserve plan number 5016?.
