In this By-Lav.': "The Saugeen Band Council" shall mean the Council of the .Saugeen Band of Indians. "The naming of roads, streets and lanes" shall mean that the Saugeen Band Council with the authority as vested by Section 81 of the Indian Act, paragraphs (q) and (R), R.S. c . 149 s. 1, nar.es pu’̂iîi roads, streets and lanes under their jurisdiction under this By-Lav;. The Saugeen Band Council names and numbers the H avin g roadways, lanes and streets: (1) Road commencing at Queen1 s Highway 21 between Loti 33 and 34 concession "A", Reserve plan 50167 through concession "H“ and. “G" to intersect vdth the French Bay Road at Lot 8 - H, Reserve plan number 50167. This public thorough-fare shall be known as,.the "Scotcih Settleraent Road", Saugeen Reserve Road number 1, as per By-Law number 18 dated the 20th day of Kay, 1976. • (2) Road commencing at Queen* s Highway 21, between Lotos 51 and 76 Saugeen Village Subdivision plan number 4535 and running i m a north-easterly direction to Lot 13, concession sm'ti then running .north-westerly to Lake Huron at the most westerly point of Lot 17, cvoncession "E" Reserve plan number 50167. This road shall be known as tine "French Bay Road", Saugeen Reserve Road number 2, as per By-Law number 18 dated the 20th day of Ray, 1976.
