The Council o f the Band enacts as fo llow s: (a) Purcusnt to Regulation 19/66 made under the Department o f Education Act, a community program o f Recreation is hereby established fo r the residents o f the Reserve. (fc) The said Community Program, o f Recreation shall be d irected , managed and controlled on behalf o f the Council by a committee known as the Hiawatha Recreation Committee. 3, The Committee sha ll be appointed from time to time by the Council as follow s : (a ) _2___ members o f the Council (C ouncillors) (b ) _J>___ residents o f the sa id Reserve.
