BYÎAïT RO. J A Bylaw to provide for the disposal of grutage and waste on the Constance Leike Indian ISeaerve, In the Province o f Ontario. (a) Bo person shall arjCtmtlate or perr&t to be eocvyaulated upon lands in his possession or deposit or accumulate on the lands in possession of another person, anything aiilch is or ray became offensive or injurious to health. (b) Bo person shall deposit any dead animal, o ffa l, fish , manure, garbage, fru it, vegetables, rd^vb-soil, f i lth , liquid wsste, or ar̂ r thing o f à nature which is or taoy become off­ ensive or prejudicial to health upon or into eay id^sgay, street, road, a lley , lane, lo t , ditch, vharf, Sock, lake, pond, river, streets, w ell, or sewer, or into any land or provisos within the reserve and any such deposit ohnll be deemed a nuisance, pro­ vided, houever, that the provisions o f this paragraph shall not apply to the deposit end proper disposal of any such material into or at a place within the reserve approved by tho council for that purpose.
