By-Law No, 1. L. Open season will be the dates set by subsequent Hiawatha Band Council resolutions and will be within the Provincial licensed season. 2. The annual licence fee for Registered members of the Hiawatha Band will be $2.00. 3. The daily licence fee for all others will be §5«00 and will only be valid on the date shown on the face of the permit. Maximum of 50 non-Indian hunters permits to be soldpgj-doyK À . 4. The bag limit will be three (3) birds per day any sex, possession limit to be 6 pheasants and or ruffled grouse. 5. Shotguns only to be used with no larger than a # 4 shot. 6. limiting hours shall be from 8*00 A. M* to 5*00 P. M. daily local time. 7* All Provincial conservation Officers of the Department of Lands and Forests shall be deemed to be Peace Officers within the meaning of the Act, 8.
