II - Any person found disposing their refuse elsewhere other than the Garbage Disposal Dite will be given 1 warning. Ill - The suspected person will be given the opportunity to appear before the Council to defend the allegation against them. IV - Persons found and guilty of the offence of disposing their refuse other than the designated Garbage Disposal Site shall be punished with a fine not exceeding $50.00. V - Proper signs will be posted at the designate Garbage Disposal Site. VI - Becomes Effective 40 Days after the Date of this B.C.R.
