R. # 4 248-2381 or 248-2333 July 30, 1975 The Council of the Garden River Band of 0jibway Indians at its meeting of Nov 4 1975, hereby makes the following by-law under paragraphs (g), (h) and (q) of Section 81 of the Indian Act By-law No. 1 1. That portion of the land reserved by our Band described in the schedule attached hereto shall be zoned Commercial and Industrial. 2. In this by-law, " Commercial and Industrial" zoning means that persons may, subject to other by-laws passed by this Council, carry on commercial enterprises, manufacturing, processing, sales and service industries of the land so zoned. 3. The Commercial and Industrial zoning of this land shall not act so as to prohibit any band member from using land to which he has a right of possession for residential or agricultural purposes. V { Schedule "A" That portion of the lands reserved by us bounded on the south by Highway 17, on the west by our western boundary, on the east by a line drawn straight north from the junction of Highway 17 and the Root River, and on the north by a line drawn parrallell to Highway 17 commencing one mile north of the junction of High­ way 17 and the Root River.
