J U L Y 5 , 1976 THE GARDEN RIVER BAND OF INDIANS BY-LAW NO. 10 Being a by-law to repeal by-law number 5 WHEREAS the Council of the Garden River Band of Indians did enact their by-law number 5 on the 17 day of April ,1970 pursuant to section 81 of the Indian Act to regulate hunting and fishing; AND WHEREAS the said Council has reviewed the terms of by law number 5 and have subsequently enacted a. new by-law on this subject; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Garden River Band ofr Indians enacts as a by-law thereof as follows: 1. By-law No. 5, enacted on the 17 day of April , 1970r and being a by-law to regulate hunting and fishing on the Reserve, be and the same is hereby repealed* Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council of the Garden River Band of Indians this 7____ day of July 1976.
