FORT WILLIAM BAND OF INDIANS BY-LAW NO Being a By-law respecting the control ox dogs, WHEREAS the Council ox the Fort William Band of Indians did. enact their By-law Number 15 dated the 23rd day of March, 1970, respecting the control of dogs on the Reserve; AND WHEREAS the Council deem it to be expedient and in the best interest of the residents of the Fort William Reserve to bring into effect on the Reserve the Indian Reserve Dog Regulations as made under Section 72 of the Indian Act in lieu of the said By-law Number 15 ; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Fort William Band of Indians enacts as a by-law thereof the following: 1. By-law Number 15 passed by the Council of the Fort William Band of Indians on the 23rd day of March, 1970, be and the same is hereby repealed. 2. That the Indian Reserve Dog Regulations as provided far under Section 72 of the Indian Act be brought into effect, Approved and passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council this 8th day Of August, 1972, Councillor Sam Pervp.ls Councillor Louis J.
