By-law Ho. 3 A by-law to provide for the regulation of the sale and use o f firecrackers, squibs, fireworks or other pyrotechnic devices within the Dokis Indian Reserve in the Province o f Ontario. (a) No person shall in the Dokis Indian Reserve keep or offer for sale by retail or se ll by retail any firecracker, squib, fireworks, or other pyrotechnic device unless specially authorized.by the Council o f the Band. (b) No person shall, upon any street or road in the Dokis Indian Reserve, set fire to , discharge or cause to explode or discharge any firecracker, squib, fireworks or other pyrotechnic device unless specially authorized by the Council of the Band. (c) Any person who violates any o f the provisions o f this by-law shall be guilty o f an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding ten dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven days, or both fine and imprisonment.
