l <3 'O ' ' - | r \ CURVE LAKE BAND BY-LAW NO. 1986-1 (a) X A BY-LAW To Bring Section 10(3) of the Indian Act Into Effect In Respect of the Band BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF CURVE LAKE INDIAN BAND (No. 35), pursuant to Section 81(l)(p.4) Of the Indian Act (As Amended June 28, 1985). THAT, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSENT, required under Subsection' 10(1) and subsection 10 (2) of the Indian Act (As Amended), with respect to Band control of Band Membership and the establishment of Membership Rules, respectively, the said CONSENT SHALL BE GIVEN BY A MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BAND WHO ARE OF THE FULL AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that this By-Law shall bring into effect Section (10(3) of the said Act, with respect to Band membership.
