FIRST NATION COUNCIL RESOLUTION THE COUNCIL OF THE CURVE LAKE FIRST NATION BAND District: SOUTHERN Province of ONTARIO Place: CURVE LAKE I.R. # 35 Date: 22 JANUARY 2001 FILENUMBER: 4 7 9 /2 0 0 0 -2 0 0 1 -2 9 PAGE: 1 of 2 DO HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS the Council of the CURVE LAKE FIRST NATION desires to repeal certain by-laws; AND WHEREAS the Council of the CURVE LAKE FIRST NATION, pursuant to sections 80 and 81 of the Indian Act,. R.S.C. 1985, c. 1-5, may, subject to the approval of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, make by-laws for any or all of the purposes provided for under sections 80 and 81 ; AND WHEREAS the Council of the CURVE LAKE FIRST NATION did enact certain by laws in accordance with aforesaid sections of the Indian Act, R.S.C. 1985, c.1-5; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the CURVE LAKE FIRST NATION, hereby enacts this by-law to repeal the following by-laws: Band by law number 1, By-law Title “ANCILLARY POWERS”, enacted on the 15th day of August, 1967 effective on the 23rd day of September. 1967; and Band by law number 1-73, By-law Title “TRAFFIC”, enacted on the 3rd day of January, 1973, effective on the 12th day of March, 1973; and Band by law number 2-73, By-law Title “DISORDERLY CONDUCT & NUISANCE”, enacted on the 10th day of July, 1973, effective on the 12th day of October, 1973; and Band by law number 1-73, By-law Title “TRAFFIC”, enacted on the 30th day of July, 1973, effective on the 12th day of October, 1973; and Band by law number 2-73, By-law Title “DISORDERLY CONDUCT & NUISANCE”, enacted on the 10th day of July, 1973, effective on the 12th day of October, 1973; and Band by law number 2-75, By-law Title "PUBLIC GAMES"’, enacted on the 2‘ld day of September, 1975, effective on the 14th day of October, 1975; and Band by law number 1976-1, By-law Title '"LAW AND ORDER . enacted on the 25 day of February, 1976, effective on the 15lh day of June, 1976; and Band by law number 1976-2, By-law Title “LOCAL WORKS , enacted on the 10 day of May, 1976, effective on the 18th day of June, 1976; and Band by law number 1976-3, By-law Title “PUBLIC GAMES , enacted on the j day ot August, 1976. effective on the 11th day of September, 1976; and Band by law number 1976-4, By-law Title “LAW AND ORDER", enacted on the 9Ul day of August, 1976, effective on the 17th day of September, 1976; and
