( c** /jy- - x j v BY-LAW • v Z , - T 9 y ^ 7 S 7 THE BAND COUNCIL OF THE INDIAN BAND OF CURVE LAKE BY-LAW NUMBER 1978-1 A BY-LAW REGULATING THE CONTROL OF ALCOHOL WHEREAS Section 81 of the Indian Act, R.S.C. c. 149, provides that the Council of the Band may make by-laws for the regulation of alcohol; now therefore, the Council of the Band of Curve Lake enacts as follows: 1. That the provisions of The Liquor Control Act R.S.O. 1975, c. 27, and amendments as now existing or as made from time to time hereafter be passed, are hereby adopted and apply to the lands and boundaries of the Curve Lake Indian Reserve. 2. By-Law Number 2-73 is repealed.
