BY-LAW THE BAND COUNCIL OF THE INDIAN BAND OF CURVE LAKE BY-LAW NUMBER 2 - 7 3 A BY-LAW REGULATING THE CONTROL OF ALCOHOL WHEREAS Section 81 of the Indian Act, R.S.C., c. 149, provides that the Council of the Band may make by-laws for the regulation of alcohol; now therefore, the Council of the Band of Curve Lake enacts as follows: 1. That the provisions of The Liquor Control Act, R.S.O., 1970, c. 249, are hereby adopted and apply to the lands and boundaries of the Curve Lake Indian Reserve.
