BY-LAW THE BAND COUNCIL OF THE INDIAN BAND OF CURVE LAKE BY-LAW NUMBER 1976-1________ A BY-LAW TO EXEMPT COMMERCIAL OPERATION ON HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS WHEREAS the Province of Ontario has passed an Act to Regulate Holiday Closings for Retail Businesses. AND WHEREAS the Council of the Band of Curve -Lake wishes to exempt retail establishments pursuant to Section 5 (1) in order to maintain and develop a tourist industry, the Council of the Band of Curve Lake enacts as follows: 1.
