Couchiching First Nation Band Council Resolution DATE: August MONTH ■___________RESOLUTION FILE # 00-08-25-031______________ AMENDMENT TO BY-LAW #4215-4-126 DATED JANUARY 24,1989: WHEREAS: The Chief and Council of Couchiching First Nation are in agreement that By-Law #4215-4-126 dated January 24, 1989 will be amended as follows: This By-Law is made pursuant to the Indian Act Section 81,1, b, regarding the regulation o f traffic on Couchiching First Nation. The purpose of this By-Law is to restrict the parking of all commercial tractor and or trailer units in residential areas of the resen e. No person shall in any Residential area use any lot, building, structure, or road right of way for the parking or storage o f any loaded tractor and or trailer unit exceeding 909.1 kg (kilograms) load capacity. Violations of this By-Law shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.00 (one hundred dollars).
