COUCHICHING INDIAN BAND BYLAhJ NO. 6 This Bylaw is made pursuant to The Indian Act, Section 81 (1) (c), regarding law and order. The purpose of this Bylaw is to enforce the observance of law and order by requiring children under sixteen (16) years of age to be home at night. The Couchiching Band Council hereby enacts the following as a By­ law: -1. All children under the age of sixteen (16) who are under the care or control of any Reserve resident must be in their homes or accompanied by responsible adults at all times between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., or shall be deemed to be in breach of this Bylaw. All adults having care or control of any child found in breach of paragraph (1) of this Bylaw shall be deemed to be in breach of this Bylaw. Violations of this Bylaw shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1Q0.00. This Bylaw was approved and passed at a meeting of the Band Council held on the 29 day of May , A.D. 1978. "Rudy L.
