FOR HEADQUARTERS USE ONLY COUNCIL OF THE Chippewa of the Thames BAND AGENCY London District PROVINCE Ontario PLACE Muncey 19 October 71 DATE AD 19 DAY MONTH YEAR d o h e r e b y r e s o l v e : That tfti£ 'Council of the Chippewa of the Thames Band do hereby make By-^Lsw 71-91 under the Indian Act and Regulations, Section 72, sub-section TC. WHEREAS no person shall within the Caradoc Indian Reserve, suffer the accumulation upon his premises, or deposit or permit the deposit upon any land belonging to him of anything that may endanger the public health, or deposit upon, or> or into any street, square, lane by-way, wharf, dock, slip, lake pond, bank, harbour, r i v ^ i f , s|jhtfërv-©ar water, any manure or other refuse, or vegetable1 or ̂ imaj^n^ter or other filth. WHÈRIïivlI oHhy premises in the Caradoc Indian Reserve there is any £oui or offensive ditch, gutter, drain, privy, cesspool, ash-pitàl^éllaRifeept or constructed so as to be dangerous or injurious to the public health or that upon any such premises an accumulation of dung, manure, offal, filth, refuse, stagnant waters or any other matter as to be dangerous or injurious. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the occupant or owner having charge or control of such, after having had twenty-four hours notice from any agent duly appointed, neglects or refuses to removed or abate the same, he is subject to a fine of not less that $5.00 nor more than $50.00.
