BYLAW AMENDMENT TO BY-LAW #79-10 Resolved to amend By-Law 79-10 by adding a new section 3.13 and 3.14 as follows: Section 3.13 Casino and Ancillary Uses Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this By-law #79-10, the Permitted Uses for the lands and premises composed of Lots 98,102 and 105 on Plan 78406, C.L.S.R. shall include the operation of a casino with ancillary uses and facilities and infrastructures related thereto. Section 3.14 Casino Driveway Access Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this By-law #79-10, the Permitted Uses for the lands and premises composed of Lots 101, 103 and 104 on Plan 78406, C.L.S.R. shall include walkways and driveways for pedestrian and vehicular traffic and parking, including without limitation, construction and maintenance of related appurtenances.
