(b) Cost of program will be covered by a fee to each household for collection of garbage. (c) Fee for such service will be determined by Council and amended from time to time. (d) All garbage for pick-up shall be contained in properly designed garbage bags or garbage containers. (e) No automobile or auto parts or other heavy scrap metal may be set out for pick-up. SECTION 3 - Disposal Site and Penalty: (a) No person or persons shall deposit any garbage or waste material at the site except in designated areas clearly marked by signs. Any person who violates any provisions of this By-Law shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $300.00. Further contravention of Section 3 (c) will result in charges under Section 30 and Section 81 of the Indian Act.
