AND WHEREAS pursuant to the authority of Section 81 f the "Indian Act", R.S., Chapter 149 as amended: NOW THEREFORE the Rama Indian Reserve Number 32 and Council enacts as follows : . The Rama Indian Reserve Number 32 shall provide such services for fire protection, police protection, garbage collection and road maintenance as the Rama Indian Reserve Number 32 Band Council shall deem advisable and expedient from time to time for all tenants occupying space on the Rama Indian Reserve Number 32 Band Lands. The annual term for such services shall be from April 1st in each year to April 1st in the following year commencing on April 1st, 1980. An annual payment of One hundred and Fifty ( $150.00 ) Dollars is A quorum for this Bande hereby authorized and required from the tenant Pour cette bande le quorum est of each separate property leased or rented on the Rama Indian Reserve Number 32. July a d i q 7 9 D A Y - J O U R MONTH - M O I S Y E A R - A N N E E DO HEREBY RESOLVE: DECIDE, PAR LES PRESENTES: on a single leased premise, a further One Hundred ( $100.00 ) Dollar fee shall be due and payable for each such dwelling or occupancy of trailer or cottage. [. Such payments shall ĥ e due and payable thirty days after notice thereof has been delivered to such tenant by ordinary mail. i. Upon any payment hereby required being in default, the Rama Indian Reserve Number 32 shall be at liberty to enforce any such amount owing against the property of the tenant situate on the leased or rented lands. This By-Law shall not apply to business, commercial or farm business. . Notice of this By-Law shall be mailed to all such tenants. This By-Law shall come into force and effect upon final passing and approval of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development.
