This By-Law to be known as No. 80 - 15. Whereas the Council of the Chippewas of Rama Band have enacted a By-Law No. 80 - 14 to establish and regulate a Fire Department and; Whereas the Council has considered a By-Law to establish the position of Chief of the Fire Department; Therefore, the Council of the Chippewas of Rama Band enacts that Mr. Michael Noganosh be appointed as Chief of the Fire Department to serve from January 1980 until this By-Law is rescinded.
