The name of this By-Law is the "School Disturbance" by-law. 2. The purpose of this by-law is to prohibit any person from causing a disturbance on school grounds during hours of school instruction. 3. This by-law is made pursuant to Section 81 of The Indian Act as being a by-law for the observance of law and order and to prevent disorderly conduct and nuisances. 4. In this by-law "school yard" means any school and the necessary ground used for school purposes surrrounding the school upon the Driftpile Indian Reserve. In this by-law "disturbance means any act of omission or commission that directly or indirectly causes noise, commotion or that confuses, agitates, upsets, annoys, worries or disturbs any student, teacher or school employee or that otherwise disrupts the quiet of the school or school yard. 5. No person shall enter into or upon a school or school yard during normal school instructional hours and cause disturbance. 6. Any person,contravening this by-law shall be liable, upon summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred (100) dollars or to imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days, or both.
