â*tiA 9d\om BY-LAW NO. 104 WHEREAS by amendments to the Indian Act, R.S.C. 1970, c. 1-6, as amended, additional enforcement remedies were granted to band councils for breach of their by-laws; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED as a by-law of the Sawridge Indiem Band as follows: 1. That Section 1.4 a) o f By-Law No. 100 be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the figure "$100.00" where it appears in line 3 thereof and substituting therefor the figure "$1,000.00". 2. That Section 5 of By-Law No. 101 be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the figure "$100.00" where it appears in line 3 thereof and substituting therefor the figure "$1,000.00". 3. That Section 5 of By-Law No. 102 be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the figure "$100.00" where it appears in line 3 thereof and substituting therefor the figure "$1,000.00".
