Be it resolved that the following By Law be put into force as soon as approved by the minister. Band By Law: Any person who maliciously or willfully or for personal use uses for the purpose of transmitting a communications not of police emergency nature or police information nature, on the Band Police telephone number 488-5738 shall upon summary conviction have a fine levied not to exceed $50.00 for each conviction.
