BEAUSOLEIL FIRST NATION c/o Cedar Poiat Port Office via PMeUaguiahine, Ontario LOK1CO REPEAL OF CERTAIN BY-LAWS WHERE AS the C ounal o f the BEAUSOLEIL FIRST NATION desires to repeat certain by-laws, AND W ŒREAS the Council o f the BEAUSOLEIL FIRST NATION, pursuant to sections 80 and 31 o f the Indian Act, R.S.C 1985, c.1-5, may, subject to the approval o f the M inister o f Indi in Affairs and Northern Development, make by-laws for any or all o f the purposes provided for under sections 80 and 81; AND W fF.RF.AS the Council o f the BEAUSOLEIL FIRST NATION did enact certain by-laws in acco dance with aforesaid sections o f the Indian Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. 1-5; NOW Tl IEREFORE the C ounal o f the BEAUSOLEIL FIRST NATION, hereby enacts this by-law to re fcal the following by-laws: Band by law number l. By-law Title "WILDLIFE", enacted on the 6th day of August, 1960, effective »*n the 24th day o f October, I960; and Band by- law number 2, By-law Title "WILDLIFE", enacted on d»c 1 st day o f November, 1961, effective < n the 17th o f November, 1961; and Band by taw number 3, By-law Title "WILDLIFE", enacted on the 29th day o f October, 1962, effective < n the 8th day o f November, 1962: and Band by- aw number 4, By-law Title "ANCILLARY POWERS", enacted on the 22nd day of February, 1966, effective on the 1st day o f April, 1966, and Band by- aw number 5, By-law Title "TRAFFIC", enacted on the 23rd o f November, 1977, effective < n die 11th day o f January, 1978; and Band by- aw number 5, By-law Title “TRAFFIC", enacted on die 4* day o f July, 1968, effective on the 2* day o f August, 1968; and Band by- aw number 6, By-law Title "LAW AND ORDER", enacted on the 2nd day of October, 1968, e Tective on the 10th day o f November, 1968, and Band by- aw number7, By-law Title "T-OCAL WORKS", enacted ott the 13th day o f November, 1969 effective on the 22nd day o f December, 1969; and
