Compte revenu j 1 10 1 9 |0 1 1 1 01 1 ONTARIO DO HEREBY RESOLVE: DÉCIDE, PAR LES PRÉSENTES: WHEREAS the Council of the Georgina Island First Nation desires to repeal certain by-laws; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Georgina Island First Nation, pursuant to sections 80 and 81 of the Indian Act, R.S.C. 1985, cI-5, may, subject to the approval of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, make by-laws for any or all of the purposes provided for under sections 80 and 81; AND WHEREAS the Council of Georgina Island First Nation did enact certain by-laws in accordance with aforesaid sections of the Indian Act, R.S.C. 1985, c.I-5; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Georgina Island First Nation, hereby enacts this by-law repeal the following by-laws: Band by-law number 4, By-law Title "Local Works", enacted on the 28th day of JUne, 1967, effective on the 1st day of July, 1967; and Band by-law number 7, By-law Title "Zoning" enacted on the 3rd day of June, 1971 effective on the 19th day of July 1971 and; Band by-law number 7, By-law Title "Traffic " enacted on the 3rd day of June 1987, effective on the 19th day of July 1987 THIS BY-LAW IS HEREBY ENACTED at a duly convened meeting of the Council of the Georgina Island First Nation the ninth of January, 2000. i / Voting in favour of the by-law are the following members of the Geprgina Island First Nation Council ***being the majority of those members of the Council of Chippewas of Georgina ___ island First Nation present at the aforesaid meeting..........._ .... ....
