PAR LES PRÉSENTES: BY-LAW NO. 20 B on e in G g e or a gi B n y a La I w s la t n o d re r s oa t d r s i ct of the Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation during the months of March, April and May WHEREAS Subsection 7 of Section 104(a)of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1980 e.198, as amended, provided that: "The Municipal Corporation or other authority having jurisdiction over a highway may by B l y oa d L aw p er d i e o s d i gn s a h t a e l l th s e t ar d t a te j to which the designation applies" A .1 N D WHEREAS a reduced load period is deemed necessary for protection of all roads under the jurisdiction of the Chippewas of Georgina Island? NOW THEREFORE THE CHIPPEWAS OF GEORGINA ISLAND ENACT that the provisions of Subsection 1,2,3, and 4 of Section 104(a) of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1980, applies to all roads under the jurisdiction of the Chippewas of Georgina Island First Nation during the period from the fifteenth (15) day of March to and including the fifteenth (15) day of May, in each and every year. The period of time could be extended by Band Council should weather conditions warrant such an extention in any given year.
