KQW Tiit.KCFQUK BE II EXACTED as a Bylaw o f the Council o f the Kett le Point Ba nd o f Indians as f o ! 1ow s ; 1* Ko person shall be engaged in conduct on Kett le Point o f such a nature as to be di sorder ly or disturbing to the res idents o f Kett le Point or to create a nuisance for such residents or any o f then, 2, ho person shal l do any i l l e g a l act which may result in destruct ion 6 f / o r damage to property, real or personal , on Kett le Point, 3, Any person v i o l a t i ng this Bylaw snail be gu i l ty o f an o f fence and or, summary conv i c t i on may be sentenced to a f ine not exceeding $ i nr>0°0 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding th i r ty (30) days, or t o ' both f ine and imprisonment,. 4, An\ person giving information to the Council o f the Kett le Point Band o f Indians or any enplovee thereof , which resu l t s in the c onv i c t i on o f any person o f an o f fence under this Bylaw, shal l be e l i g i b l e to n renard in such sum not exceeding Fi f ty do l lars ($50.on) as may be f ixed by the_
