Ejy-Law #8 for the regulation and control o f bicycles on the Kettle Point Indian Reserve, In view of the increasing number o f bicycles on the Kettle Point Indian Reserve a ll owners and operators w ill be required to obtain a bicycle licence beginning November 1, 19&6, Licence to be supplied by Band Council at no charge to applicant. Issuing and control of licence to be under the direction of Constable Charles Shawkence, At the time of licencing and thereafter a ll bicycles are to be equipped with lights or reflectors.
