In view of the increasing number o f bicycles on the Kettle Point Indian Reserve a ll owners and operators w ill be required to obtain a bicyclo licence beginning Hay 1st, 1968. Licence to be supplied by the Band Council at no cost to the applicant. The issue and control of licences to be under the control of the Kettle Point Indian Reserve Special Constable. At the time of licencing and thereafter a ll bicycles are to be equipped with lights or reflectors front and rear to render the bicycle visible at a miniaua distance of 200 feet, at - any time.
