BY-LAW HIE BAND COUNCIL OF THE INDIAN RESERVE OF GOLDEN LAKE BY-LAW NUMBER 3 - 79 A BY-LAW REGULATING TRAFFIC WHEREAS Section 31 of the Indian Act, R.S.C., c. 149, provides that the Council of the Band may make by-laws for the regulation of traffic; now therefore, the Council of the Band of Golden Lake nacts as follows: 1. That the provisions of the Highway Traffic Act Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1970 c. 202, and amendments as now existing or as made from time to time hereafter be passed, are hereby adopted and apply to the road and highways within the lands and boundaries of the Golden Lake Indian Reserve.
