( The Council of the Squaraish Band of Indians at a masting held on September 17, 1968, makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraph (b) and paragraph (r) of Section 8C of the Indian Act. By-lavi no* -J A by-law to provide for the establishment cf a speed limit for motor vehicle traffic on Capilano Indian Reserve No. 5 and Mission Indian Reserve No„ 1. i. In this by-law, (a) nmotor vehicle" means every vehicle which is self- propelled. For the purpose of regulating the speed of traffic the Band Manager is hereby authorized to place or instal or to -cause to be placed or intalled traffic signs indicating a maximum speed permissible on roads and streets in Capilano Indian Reserve No. 5 and Mission Indian Reserve No. 1. The driver of every motor vehicle shall obey traffic signs placed or installed in conformity with this by-law 4. No person shall drive or operate any motor vehicle along any road or street within the limits of Capilano Indian 1- Reserve No. 5 and Mission Indien Reserve No. 1 at a lit O r .
