t'r fa hr 44 The Council of the Kasset Band of Indians at a meeting held Ma.sset Indian Reserve TTo. 1, December 10th, 1957, makes the following by-law pursuant to paragraphs (hi) and (r) of Section 80 of the Indian Act. By-law No* 5 A by-law to provide for the regulation of traffic in Mas set No* 1 Indian Reserve, in the Province of British Columbia. (a) No vehicle, except fire trucks or passenger vehicles carrying fire-fighters to the seems of a fire, shall be operated at a rate of speed in excess of fifteen miles an hour within any resid- ential area designated and marked as such by the Council of the Band# (b) No vehicle, except fire trucks or passenger vehicles carrying fire-fighters to the scene of a fire, shall be operated over any bridge within the Masset No. 1 Indian Reserve at a rate of speed in excess of the speed designated and marked thereon by the Counail ^ of the Band* (c) Any person who violates v.y of the provisions of this by-law shall be guilty of an offence and shall he liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprison­ ment for a term not exceeding, thirty days, or both fine and imprison­ ment# * \ * i mm^ m ______ Chief Councillor M . .g (pj«UsJk 4fSo{A*jzrt v ( 44>4: 7 4/ / ^ 4 r ‘.*5 t j r m ■: -* j«
