The Council of the ____ Citlaakkddaajmnix Band of Indians at a meeting held___ost_Jm>a 26, 1954 makes the following bylav; pursuant to paragraph (a)(ii) of subsection one of section 82, and paragraph (r) of section 80 of The Indian Act, *r"Pylaw No. five A bylaw to provide fcr the licencing of businesses, callings, trades and occupations within the Citlakdamix________ Indian Reserve in the Province of British Columbia_______ . (a) No person shall conduct or carry on any business, calling, trade or occupation as listed herein who is not the holder of a valid and subsisting licence for the business, calling, trade or occupation issued pursuant to this bylav/, (b) There shall be paid at the time of the application for a licence a fee in the amount as set out hereunder, which licence may be renewed from year to year upon payment of the required fee.
